The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, featuring two double beds.

The staff were very attentive, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. They helped us get a shuttle in the downtown area. The room was contemporary & generous sized with comfortable beds.

The room was spotless plus it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a laptop-compatible safe...

For the price, the queen suite was not as nice as expected compared to other hotels. For the price, the bathroom was small and no ventilation and the tub did not drain well at all.

The customer service here is excellent and they provide a shuttle service to the city.

It was a little high priced for the size of the room. We could easily hear the people in the next room and hall.

The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are well-stocked. The room is well priced. The location is particularly good and perfect. You could walk to a market and a convenience store.

They offer a variety of services here - a cool bar, free Wi-Fi, and a shuttle to the airport. 🚐

The Double Tree is in a very convenient location to many local attractions such as the Ball parks (Heinz field and PNC park), the Zoo (20 min. drive), the Carnegie Arts and Science center (10 min. away), and Station square / incline (5 min away). Pittsburgh is very difficult to navigate though.

Plenty. We had a 2 night stay with our family, so we had quite a bit of luggage etc. to take upstairs. They called for the bellhop and we had to wait 15 min. until we decided to take it upstairs ourselves. Plan ahead if you want your car out of the parking garage (which is an extra $20.00/night) as we were told they were too busy at the time to retrieve our vehicle and it would be at least 20min. until they could get to it. What I was most disappointed in was that it stated on our reservation confirmation from Booked.net that we were to receive free breakfast and when we asked the front desk about this they said absolutely not. Breakfast for 2 was $30.00 and that was just a buffet, and not a gourmet one at that.

We were treated excellent here. The rooms were spacious and clean..the restaurant was tasty and accomidating. We truly enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool and work out room. Must also say that the parking and valet attendants were curtious and proffesional as well as friendly.

The hotel is centrally located and features well-maintained rooms. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a modern touch. They offer a good selection of food at the in-house restaurant. my stay was really comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but it's Pittsburgh, so it is to be expected.

This place has well-equipped and well-kept rooms with a comfortable bed, excellent service, and a central location, plus their breakfast is delicious with scrambled eggs and fresh omelette options available.

The location was marvellous and easy, you can visit Mellon Arena by walking.
